THE RIGHT PLAN FOR QUEENSLAND’S FUTURE
The LNP has committed to delivering $1 million to Bramble Bay Bowls Club in Redcliffe if elected next month.
This will help fund a new shade cloth that the club has been wanting for 7 years or more.
LNP candidate for Redcliffe, Kerri-Anne Dooley said the $1 million was part of their focus on working harder for Queenslanders, while under Labor Queensland was heading in the wrong direction.
“The LNP will restore a government that works for you, with the Right Plan for Queensland’s Future,” Kerri-Anne Dooley said.
“This funding for Bramble Bay Bowls Club shade cover and upgrade to their greens will help protect players from the sun and rain when playing, provide all year round weather proofing of the greens and attract more members to their club.
“Labor’s failures have overseen $20 billion-plus in project cost blowouts that could have instead delivered grassroots infrastructure like Bramble Bay Bowls Club.
“Queenslanders should have a government that delivers the programs and services needed for the State’s future, supporting our communities.”
Ashley Broad, President of Bramble Bay Bowls Club welcomed the announcement and said it would be a game changer for the club to help modernise their facilities. “Having new shade canopies and synthetic greens would be the upgrade our club needs to retain and attract new members”.
Kerri-Anne Dooley said people in Redcliffe can vote for new shade canopies and greens for Bramble Bay Bowls Club and a government which worked for them, by voting LNP at this election.
“Queenslanders must show Labor the door in 2024, to ensure the right focus on delivering the programs, services and communities for our state,” Kerri-Anne Dooley.
“Only the LNP stands ready to deliver a fresh start for Queensland.”
