Hi, I'm Sean Dillon, your State Member for Gregory
My family has called Alpha home since 1919 and I am proud to be raising a fifth generation here with my wife of almost 20 years, Sarah. Our cattle station sits right in the geographic centre of Gregory – Queensland’s largest electorate. In my opinion, Gregory is the heartland of our great State.
I was elected to Barcaldine Regional Council in 2016 and have spent the past four years as Mayor. Off the back of 12 financial deficits, I oversaw three consecutive budget surpluses and an unprecedented capital works program that improved local roads, sewerage and water security.
