I have been in the food industry for over 30 years working my way up from an apprentice to a baker, pastry cook and now working as a sales manager for a machinery and equipment business.
I have worked for small businesses, national businesses and global businesses, equipping people with real life experience and real-world knowledge.
Being an ex-apprentice I have seen firsthand the benefits of education through vocational training and I want to see my children and their generation get similar opportunities.
