- Deliver cheaper energy and rein in wasteful government spending to get inflation and interest rates down.
- Stop supermarkets exploiting consumers, boost housing and protect retirement savings from new taxes.
![]() | Fixing the Housing Crisis |
- Assist first home buyers by giving them the choice of using up to $50,000 of their super for a deposit.
- Save first home buyers around $12,000 per year by making interest payments on new builds tax deductible.
- Implement a two-year ban on foreign investors and temporary residents from buying existing homes, and reduce Labor’s record migration to sustainable levels.
- Fund essential infrastructure like water, power, and sewerage at housing development sites.
- Tackle union corruption in the building sector.
![]() | Affordable and Reliable Energy |
- Deliver lower energy bills for families and businesses by unlocking Australian gas and boosting exploration.

![]() | Back Small Business |
- Increase the instant asset write-off to $30,000 and make it permanent.
- Deliver competition policy to give small businesses a fair go and protect small businesses from the control of union bosses.

![]() | DELIVER QUALITY HEALTHCARE |
- Fund more GPs to address current shortages and guarantee increased Medicare funding.

- A Dutton LNP Government will upgrade Redbank Plains Recreation Reserve, Springfield Central Sports Complex and Ebbw Vale Memorial Park with upgraded lighting. This will benefit sporting groups and families in our growing community.
My pledge to you...
I’ve lived in our local area now for over 36 years, raising my family here. It’s a special place.
But over the past three years, Mr Albanese and Labor have let us down. Local residents are hurting with rising costs - and the housing crisis is hitting hard.
As a business manager, pastor and non-profit founder I have seen and felt the struggles our community faces. Over the years I’ve volunteered with many great local groups including Rotary, Clean Up Australia and Ipswich Park 2 Park. I founded Catalyst Care to deliver food parcels and flood relief and run local businesses. I’ve always been hands-on so I can make a difference.
And that’s why I’ve decided to stand for Parliament – to represent us here in Blair. We can’t let Labor keep taking us for granted.
I pledge to fight for our local area to get the services we need. And I will work tirelessly with our community to get Australia back on track. I’d appreciate your support!
All the best,
Carl Mutzelburg
