- Halve the fuel excise for 12 months, saving families around $1,500.
- Deliver cheaper energy and rein in wasteful government spending to get inflation and interest rates down.
- Stop supermarkets exploiting consumers, boost housing and protect retirement savings from new taxes.

- Increase the instant asset write-off to $30,000 and make it permanent.
- Deliver competition policy to give small businesses a fair go and protect small businesses from the control of union bosses.
- Provide incentives to hire and train new apprentices and trainees.

- Boost Defence and Border Security and deport noncitizens who commit violent crimes.
- Tackle drugs in our community and protect our children, including online.
 | Affordable and Reliable Energy |
- Deliver lower energy bills for families and businesses by unlocking Australian gas and boosting exploration.
- Replace retiring coal-fired power stations with reliable zero-emissions nuclear energy – to power Australian households and industry.
 | Fixing the Housing Crisis |
- Assist first home buyers by giving them the choice of using up to $50,000 of their super for a deposit.
- Save first home buyers around $12,000 per year by making interest payments on new builds tax deductible.
- Implement a two-year ban on foreign investors and temporary residents from buying existing homes, and reduce Labor’s record migration to sustainable levels.
- Fund essential infrastructure like water, power, and sewerage at housing development sites.
- Tackle union corruption in the building sector.

- Fund more GPs to address current shortages and guarantee increased Medicare funding.
- Restore the number of Medicare subsidised mental health sessions from 10 to 20.
- Deliver cheaper medicines to help with the cost of living.

- Upgrading Nebo Showgrounds with better facilities for events, tourism, and local businesses with better amenities and camping options.

- Invest in roads, rail, high speed internet and local infrastructure to support agriculture and jobs.
- Boost education/childcare options, back our agriculture, mining and resources sectors.

- Do a full audit of all funding and move waste to frontlineservices like health and domestic violence prevention.
- Launch a Royal Commission into Sexual Abuse in Indigenous Communities and boost law and order.

- Expanding Rockhampton Airport by adding a 7th bay and freight export precinct to boost economic growth, reduce costs, and support defence operations.

My pledge to you...
I love living in Central Queensland - it’s where I was born and grew up.
But over the last three years, the Labor/Greens government in Canberra have failed us – with their cost of living crisis. It’s got harder to get access to the health and education services that we need. Local families deserve way better than this.
Before I was elected to parliament, I grew up in Rocky with my Mum and Dad – a nurse and a small business owner. I worked in our family’s casket agency, in pathology, banking and then I ran my own bookkeeping business. I know how to manage money and like many locals I talk to, I’m frustrated with Labor’s waste in Canberra.
As your local federal member, I pledge to stand up for our region and secure jobs and local services.
And I pledge to keep working hard in our local community - to get our region and Australia back on track.
