Meet Stuart

Stuart Fraser, your Senate Candidate for Queensland

Stuart grew up in Wyandra, Western Queensland and now lives in Brisbane. Stuart has investments in agribusiness and runs Winscourt Investments (est 1981) which provides flexible finance for small and medium organisations in agribusiness, building, and development.

Stuart dedicates half his time to volunteer roles. This includes terms as Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and on the Archdiocesan Council for the Brisbane Catholic Archdiocese. Stuart was the LNP Honorary Treasurer and member of the State Executive (2016 – 2020, 2021 - 2024). He was on the Tattersall's Club Committee for 16 years including three terms as President where he introduced family membership including women.

Stuart and his family established the Fraser Foundation to address disadvantage and support food rescue, rural mental health and cancer prevention and other worthy causes.

Stuart completed a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland (1996). He is a Chartered Accountant (1999) and completed a Master in Public Administration at Harvard University (2015). He has worked for KPMG, Foster’s Brewing, and in overseas roles with European FMCG’s and Credit Suisse.
