- Halve the fuel excise for 12 months, saving families around $1,500.
- Deliver cheaper energy and rein in wasteful government spending to get inflation and interest rates down.
- Stop supermarkets exploiting consumers, boost housing and protect retirement savings from new taxes.
 | Fixing the Housing Crisis |
- Assist first home buyers by giving them the choice of using up to $50,000 of their super for a deposit.
- Save first home buyers around $12,000 per year by making interest payments on new builds tax deductible.
- Implement a two-year ban on foreign investors and temporary residents from buying existing homes, and reduce Labor’s record migration to sustainable levels.
- Fund essential infrastructure like water, power, and sewerage at housing development sites.
- Tackle union corruption in the building sector.

- Increase the instant asset write-off to $30,000 and make it permanent.
- Deliver competition policy to give small businesses a fair go and protect small businesses from the control of union bosses.
- Provide incentives to hire and train new apprentices and trainees.

- Boost Defence and Border Security and deport noncitizens who commit violent crimes.
- Tackle drugs in our community and protect our children, including online.

- Deliver lower energy bills for families and businesses by unlocking Australian gas and boosting exploration.
- Replace retiring coal-fired power stations with reliable zero-emissions nuclear energy – to power Australian households and industry.

- Fund more GPs to address current shortages and guarantee increased Medicare funding.
- Restore the number of Medicare subsidised mental health sessions from 10 to 20.
- Deliver cheaper medicines to help with the cost of living.

- An active community is a healthy community. A Dutton LNP Government will upgrade the Robina Common soccer fields, home of the Robina City Soccer Club.

- A Dutton LNP Government will increase female participation in local sports and cricket by investing in the expansion and renovation of the Mudgeeraba Nerang Cricket Clubhouse.

- A Dutton LNP Government will ensure the iconic Griffith Uni Knights Rugby Club remains a vibrant, high-quality facility for our community, by providing funding for a field, lighting and gym upgrade.

- Women and girls deserve the opportunity to play their chosen sport. A Dutton LNP Government will provide funding to rebuild the Broadbeach Junior AFL changerooms to support growing demand.

- A Dutton LNP Government will promote health and wellbeing by providing sun protection with funding for a new shade structure at the Mermaid Beach Bowls Club, after the existing one was damaged by bad weather.

Don’t you love the Gold Coast? It’s an amazing place to live.
But over the past three years, we’ve been let down by the Labor Government in Canberra.
They’ve made it much harder for locals to get ahead.
The rising cost of living and housing crisis are having a real impact - and small businesses are closing their doors.
Before I was your Federal MP, I worked as a small business development specialist – so I know the challenges businesses face. And as a professional musician who is passionate about the Arts, I know this suffers too when budgets are stretched. Bringing together our community has been my priority through the Moncrieff Community Cabinet and the Gold Coast Youth Impact Summits.
My pledge to you is simple - I will keep working tirelessly for our local area and fight for our fair share. And I pledge to always put the Gold Coast first.

Angie has consistently been a strong supporter of our community through Serving Our People. Through SOP, she has volunteered and been active in the community on many different levels, including during Cyclone Alfred, the Gold Coast storms in 2023, the floods in 2022, as well as our homeless activations feeding the community and being a part of our Feeding Our People campaigns.

Angie is a wonderful advocate and supporter of small business. She regularly hosts events at and promotes Bumbles as the go to place in Budds Beach. The LNP’s small business policies are far superior to Labor’s and will ensure we can continue to thrive with less red tape that makes it easier to run a business.
