- Halve the fuel excise for 12 months, saving families around $1,500.
- Deliver cheaper energy and rein in wasteful government spending to get inflation and interest rates down.
- Stop supermarkets exploiting consumers, boost housing and protect retirement savings from new taxes.

- Assist first home buyers by giving them the choice of using up to $50,000 of their super for a deposit.
- Save first home buyers around $12,000 per year by making interest payments on new builds tax deductible.
- Implement a two-year ban on foreign investors and temporary residents from buying existing homes, and reduce Labor’s record migration to sustainable levels.
- Fund essential infrastructure like water, power, and sewerage at housing development sites.
- Tackle union corruption in the building sector.

- Increase the instant asset write-off to $30,000 and make it permanent.
- Deliver competition policy to give small businesses a fair go and protect small businesses from the control of union bosses.
- Provide incentives to hire and train new apprentices and trainees.

- Boost Defence and Border Security and deport noncitizens who commit violent crimes.
- Tackle drugs in our community and protect our children, including online.

- Deliver lower energy bills for families and businesses by unlocking Australian gas and boosting exploration.
- Replace retiring coal-fired power stations with reliable zero-emissions nuclear energy – to power Australian households and industry.

- Fund more GPs to address current shortages and guarantee increased Medicare funding.
- Restore the number of Medicare subsidised mental health sessions from 10 to 20.
- Deliver cheaper medicines to help with the cost of living.

- A Dutton LNP Government will help our community’s youth make a positive contribution to our region by constructing teacher and accessible accommodation at Apex Camps Sunshine Coast.

- A Dutton LNP Government will support community sport and keeping kids active in Fairfax. We will provide funding to install a grandstand shade at the Sunshine Coast Netball Association courts.

- We will provide funding to the Kyabra Women’s Shelter to expand their services to women and children escaping domestic violence.

- We will ensure the Marcoola SLSC can cater to our growing population by providing funding for an upgrade of their storage, function area, and training facilities.

My pledge to you...
I am Australia’s Shadow Minister for Climate Change and Energy, but my number one priority is to serve our local community.
As we go to this election, I reaffirm the pledge I made in my first speech to parliament - “to be the Sunshine Coast’s man in Canberra and not Canberra’s man on the Sunshine Coast”.
Growing up as the youngest of nine children provided me with a strong set of personal values, and my 20-plus years in business, in
Australia and abroad, made me very outcome focused.
This is why I am so values-driven and outcome-focused as the Member for Fairfax.
Together with my wife Sophia and our three young children, I love the Sunshine Coast.
But our region is not immune from our nation’s cost of living crisis, as locals struggle to make ends meet and small businesses fight to stay afloat. We deserve better.
The LNP has a positive plan to get Australia back on track, and it starts on 3 May.
I’m asking for your support at the ballot box on 3 May so I can keep delivering real results for Fairfax.
